Hair Stylist and Salon Manager Assistant
Megan Miller’s natural talent and passion for hairdressing was always evident to her Mother, who encouraged her to pursue a Cosmetology license after observing how Megan always did the hair of friends and family members for special events in their small town in Northern New York State, near the Canadian border.
After earning her Cosmetology license at the Salon Professional Academy in Williston, Vermont, Megan began her career at Stowflake, a Four Star spa & ski resort in Stowe, Vermont.
Relocating to Virginia Beach, she quickly excelled under the mentoring and tutelage of Salon@31st owner, Yvonne Chau, earning the position of Assistant Salon Manager. Megan is passionate about continuing education, always expanding her professional knowledge and skills. She truly enjoys helping others to style their own hair, something she struggled with before gaining mastery of cosmetology techniques. She is very content with her career choice and loves the satisfaction that making clients feel beautiful and confident brings.
